Unfortunately De Dry Coppen closed in 2015. There is a new Library & café, called Barboek, a bit further on in the same straat at Schrijnmakersstraat 17. It is open on Monday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and on Tuesday-Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. In my experience De Dry Coppen was better fro English literature.
In the listing of phone numbers, you will find a lot of other Bookshops than De Dry Coppen, which has been closed for over a year. http://www.goudengids.be/boekhandels/leuven/
